becomes a V-Tech Client . As long as your referrals actually

V-Tech Clients, you will keep receiving referral fees. There is no limit to your
commission earning potential.

What you need to do is just contact us and refer a friend. If
your friend actually signs up for one of our services, you will
receive a referral fee within 30 days after your referral had
signed
a contract with us and paid for the deposit. |

Complete the V-Tech Communications Referral
Form and get your account setup. V-Tech will
then provide you with the database tools to manage your
referral information in addition to the commissions you
have accumulated for every referral that becomes an actual
V-Tech Client. Exclusive access to online reports allows
you to view your affiliate performance information.

A V-Tech Communications sales executive will
contact your referral via e-mail or phone. If necessary, V-Tech's
sales executive will visit your referral and do a presentation.

If your referral actually becomes a V-Tech Client
and signs the contract , you instantly qualify. Referral fees
are calculated accordingly. |

Contracts for $1,000 or less,
you will receive at total of $25% commission.
Contracts for e-commerce package, you will receive
a total of $500 commission.
Contracts over $1,000; you will receive a total of
15% commission. |

| How
do I receive my commissions? |
| |
- When your referral becomes a client by signing the contract
and paying the project deposit, you will receive 50% of your
commission after 30 days.
- Upon completion of the project and the Client pays the
remaining balance due for the project, you will receive the
remaining 50% of your commission.
